The new TS-75-W turbopump station includes the same EXT-75DX turbopump, oil-sealed E2M1.5 backing pump, and Wide Range Gauge from Edwards Vacuum as the TP-75 that Janis has been selling for many years now. The controller on the new pumping station is simpler than the TIC controller on the TP-75, but it still allows the pump to be turned on and off with the push of a single button. The new TS-75-W is mounted on a smaller cart and the overall system weighs less than the TP-75.
The TS-75-W offers the same performance as the TP-75 at a significantly lower price.
The TS-75-W includes the following features:
- Turbo pump with nominal 42 liters/second capacity
- Oil-sealed E2M1.5 backing pump
- 11 mm OD nozzle built into exhaust
- All metal mounting frame with rubber feet and cutouts for easy handling
- Wide range vacuum gauge (atmosphere to 10-8 Torr)
- Controller with integral air cooler, digital display of turbo speed, and input for one vacuum gauge
- 5-foot flexible stainless steel pumping line with NW-25 flanges and all fittings necessary for connection to a Janis cryostat
- Vacuum isolation valve
- Total weight = 22 kg including pumping line

The new TS-75-D turbopump station includes the same EXT-75DX turbopump, XDD1 oil-free diaphragm backing pump, and Wide Range Gauge from Edwards Vacuum as the TP-75DR that Janis has been selling for many years now. The controller on the new pumping station is simpler than the TIC controller on the TP-75DR, but it still allows the pump to be turned on and off with the push of a single button. The new TS-75-D is mounted on a smaller cart and the overall system weighs less than the TP-75DR.
The TS-75-D offers the same performance as the TP-75-DR at a significantly lower price.
The TS-75-D includes the following features:
- Turbo pump with nominal 42 liters/second capacity
- 0.8 CFM dry diaphragm backing pump
- Integral silencer built into exhaust
- All metal mounting frame with rubber feet and cutouts for easy handling
- Wide range vacuum gauge (atmosphere to 10-8 Torr)
- Controller with integral air cooler, digital display of turbo speed, and input for one vacuum gauge
- 5-foot flexible stainless steel pumping line with NW-25 flanges and all fittings necessary for connection to a Janis cryostat
- Vacuum isolation valve
- Total weight = 18 kg including pumping line
- Turbo pump with nominal 50 liters/second capacity
- 2.1 CFM dry scroll backing pump
- Innovative hermetic design, with motor and bearings outside the vacuum space
- Robust pumping speed of 60 l/min
- Cost effective and easy tip-seal replacement
- Entire station housed in a compact package (450 mm x 325 mm x 270 mm high, 17 kg weight)
- Wide range vacuum gauge (atmosphere to 10-9 Torr range) with digital display
- RS-232C serial computer interface and software to control system
- 5-foot flexible stainless steel pumping line
- Vacuum isolation valve
