Overview
Similar to the standard CNDT dewar, but custom designed for UHV applications. This dewar is built to order, so the dimensions, cryogen volume, conflat flange and cold plate tapped hole pattern may all be specified to meet any individual requirements.
Standard Configuration
The standard CNDT dewar design may be modified for UHV applications. In the system shown in the drawing below, the application required a UHV 4 K cold plate. The dewar mounted to the end-user's chamber via a conflat flange and the cold plate included tapped holes for sample mounting.
