We can provide a generic system manual at NO CHARGE. When available, electronic files of the manual will be emailed to you. THIS OFFER EXCLUDES SUPERCONDUCTING MAGNETS AND ULTRA LOW TEMPERATURE SYSTEMS.

If you would like a hard copy of your manual with customized information about your system (may include wire diagram and system drawing or other information, as appropriate), there will be a US$120.00 fee.

Please email your cryostats model number and serial number; both can be found on a black and silver label on the cryostat.

Generic manuals will be sent out within one business day via email if possible.
Customized manuals will be mailed within three business days via Priority Mail, after credit card information has been received. Please call +1 978 657-8750 with your credit card information. Janis Research accepts MasterCard or Visa. Please be prepared with your credit card number, expiration date and name as it appears on the credit card. If you require faster mail service, please indicate the service level below. Additional charges apply.
