Model HE-4-SLP
Side Loading
Cryogenic Probe System
February 2005
The model HE-4-SLP side loading
cryogenic probe system combines a Janis 12.5CNDT helium dewar with a cryogenic
manipulated probe system. The main features include:
- Four low frequency (1 GHz) or microwave
probes to operate up to 40 GHz.
- A pumped continuously filled He-4
pot to provide longer hold times at lower base temperatures.
- A demountable side loading sample
holder for sample exchange without warming the cryostat.
- Optical windows for the experiment
and for sample observation
- Blank ports and thermal anchor stages for
adding fiber optical cables or other feeds.
- Demountable bottom plate with
blank port for optical microscope access to the sample.
Options:
- Resistive wires
- Coaxial cables
- Automatic temperature controller
- Liquid helium transfer line
- 1 K pot pumping station
- High vacuum pumping station
