Ultra High Temperature
Low Frequency
Probe Stations
June 2006
Janis Research is pleased to announce that it is offering new Ultra High
Temperature (up to 700 K) Low Frequency Probe Stations. The
probe stations can operate either from
~6 K or room temperature up to 700 K.
The cryogenic version includes a special
model ST-100 continuous flow, variable
temperature cryostat system with internal phase separator and multi-helical heat
exchanger to ensure full use of the enthalpy of the transferred helium.
This offers a high stability ultra low vibration system, when combined with the
high efficiency multi-layer super-insulated Janis
FHT-ST helium (or nitrogen) transfer line.
These systems are supplied with
integrated vibration isolation tables and come complete with automatic
temperature controllers for operation
up to 450 K. They are also available with stereo zoom microscopes and
monozooms and turbo molecular pumping
stations that are integrated with the probe system. Please
contact Janis Research for more details on
these systems.
