Model HE-3-TLOSL Cryostat

A top loading liquid He-3 system with optical access to the sample is now available from Janis.  The sample can be inserted and removed directly in and out of the liquid He-3.  Optical access in through the vacuum, passing through four window sets.  The system includes a sample probe and “vac-lock” with a gate valve, plus an external gas handling system.  Typical base temperature is 400 mK with a 24 hour holding time.
