Janis is proud to offer the latest innovation from the Sumitomo Heavy Industries R&D labs: a low-vibration pulse tube refrigerator.  Sumitomo's unique design features a remotely located valve unit and cold head motor which ensures that the vibration levels at the cold head are as low as possible.  Couple these extremely low levels of vibration with a base temperature of 45 K and a cooling power of 10 W at 77 K, and you have the ideal refrigerator system for applications where low vibration is critical, such as detector cooling.
