Options and Accessories

Electrical Measurement Package - Virtually any Janis CCR system can be equipped for measuring the electrical characteristics of a sample. A typical package includes multipin DC or coaxial connectors, as well as resistivity style sample holder and wiring.

Sample Holders - Three standard sample holder styles are stocked at Janis for quick delivery, as shown below. In addition, custom designed holders can be fabricated to match almost any special requirements, including LCC and DIP packages.

Temperature Controllers - Janis supplies temperature controllers from industry leading manufacturers with our CCR systems. All controllers are supplied with interconnecting cables, and are tested prior to shipment. Typical features include single or dual input channels, RS-232C or IEEE-488 interface, setpoint ramping, and autotuning PID control.

Vacuum Pumping Stations - Janis offers vacuum pumps in several configurations, including both mechanical roughing and turbopump high vacuum stations. All stations include a stainless steel pumping line, and fittings to match a Janis CCR. Many systems include vacuum gauging, vent and isolation valves, and other accessories needed for convenient operation.
